However, contributed metadata (resource descriptions, subjects, resource types, etc.) may be changed to enhance resource description and discovery.

ASDL, KUCR, or its affiliates, have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or contribution. ASDL or KUCR or its affiliates take no responsibility and assume no liability for any contribution made by the user or a third party.

By visiting ASDL, the user agrees that the laws of the state of Kansas and the United States of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute that might arise between the user and ASDL, KUCR, or its affiliates. NOTIFICATION OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT: The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), signed into law on October 28, 1998, amended the copyright law to provide limitations for service provider liability relating to material online.
